Tim Welo is a Recruiter with Victoria James Executive Search, Inc. A marketer with more than 20 years of industry experience, Tim has held management positions at American Management Association, Gartner, and Metropolitan Life Insurance; specializing in database marketing and market research. Tim has designed and built state-of-the-art marketing databases in the U.S. Europe and Asia. He is has worked both the marketing and IT sides of database design and development. Tim's research specialized in product design, development and market testing. He also has extensive experience is customer satisfaction measurement. He holds both a BS and MS from Purdue University with emphasis with research methods and statistics.

 Lynda Liner
Lynda Liner is a Senior Recruiter at Victoria James Executive Search, Inc. and has been working in the industry for 12 years beginning with a top tier New York-based retained search firm in 1995 as an Associate Director, Administrative Management, moving to Research Associate and Associate Recruiter working with national and international clients in sales and marketing, retail, manufacturing and distribution, financial services and non-profit with an emphasis on senior placement: Director through C-level. Prior to joining VJESI, Lynda consulted for an international Human Resource Planning firm specializing in organizational management, succession planning, employment practices and policies.
In addition, career experience includes sales, marketing, PR and communications, project management and database management with General Electric, Citicorp, MIT and a Fairfield County-based Venture Capital firm. Lynda brings a broad knowledge base and insight to a highly specialized multi-channel direct marketing/interactive search practice at VJESI.
